This limited edition necklace features our signature sterling silver puffed heart pendant embossed with the Susan G. Komen Running Ribbon. The heart is suspended from three rings symbolizing Faith, Hope, and Love on a 20 inch sterling silver snake chain made in Italy. A portion of each sale will be donated to the Susan G.
